Hey, All!
Sorry for the lack of posting. Just haven't had much to post about lately. Things are going pretty slowly. I did get to make the kids a really quick bento today so I'll be sharing that. Not much else to report so I won't bore you with the uneventful.

Fresher, Easier, and Healthier Bentos in our Easylunchboxes
Hi there!
Back into the bento mood! But if you remember, last week I did a bento a day in honor of Easter. So lots of bunnies, and lots for cuteness, AND lots and LOTS of sugar. I figured the kids could use a nice, fresh, and cleansing lunch to help us all get back into a healthier mindset.

Day 4 of Bento-A-Day Easter Edition: Bunny Onigiri!!!
Still keeping up with the Plan! I took this idea from one of my previous bentos! I ran out of bread so no sammies. But that doesn't stop this momma! I rarely get to do much detail work for the kids' bentos so I tend to stick with sandwiches and quick meals. But I had an itch to get artistic with this one.

Bento-a-Day Easter Edition: Day 1 and 2
Hi There!
Doing a few things at once here: Updating the blog, doing my nails, filling in my planner, watching Fish Hooks... don't judge me. Anyway, I have decided to try and do a bento a day for the kids in honor of Easter. This is kind of an event for me because I don't always get to prepare a bento everyday for them. But I'm really going to just get off my butt and do this. So far, the week is going pretty well.

I'd been seeing a lot of Bunny Butts all over Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook so I can't take credit for this idea. But I did try my hand at it. I like how it turned out and my IG friends seemed to enjoy it as well. Bubba actually ate this sandwich, which is a victory for me because he's only just started like sandwiches.

Tiny Faces Bento Lunches
I know. I know! I've been idle for a bit. Just haven't found the motivation to do much posting outside of Instagram Lol! Can follow me there btw: @crimsonpixi . We've been in the process of potty training M. So that's taken most my focus. We're making quite a bit of progress, if you'd like to know. Hope I didn't put you off your interest in these bentos... Sorry. Haha!
Back to bento! I did these the other day. Earlier in the week, I discovered that M prefers her sandwiches sweet over savory. And she especially prefers the drier, brown wheat bread with jam. So, the last couple of bentos that I've made for the kids have been featuring jam sandwiches. T still has not wrapped his head around the sandwich concept. I'm not too worried as it took M a while too.
Insistently, T isn't feeling well. He's got a little head cold. My kids always get sick on the weekend. But, we've got a check-up scheduled for both kids during the week so if he hasn't kicked this funk by then, he'll get seen soon.
I digress again. So here's the food, what you came for. We've got happy faces. I get most my ideas from Pinterest so that's where I leave my credit for this one. Took bits and pieces from other bento to bring these together. I'm quite proud of them.
More bento from last month to come. And I do apologize for the long delay. Hope you're still hungry and inspired! Be posting soon!
Aggy ^_^
